In the heart of Ascoli's historic centre you can enjoy traditional dishes from the Marche region with an innovative touch. Attention to detail and a careful choice of ingredients make lunch, dinner or an aperitivo truly memorable.
In the heart of Ascoli's historic centre we serve reinterpreted traditional Marche dishes, starting from a careful choice of ingredients and fresh, seasonal local produce. Among the starters you'll find olive all'ascolana, Ascoli's famous stuffed fried olives; then Fassona and Scottona beef tartare and carpaccio, and pasta dishes such as lasagnetta alla norcina, mezzo pacchero with lamb ragù and the beetroot raviolo.
We are a grill restaurant: arrosticini lamb skewers, scottadito lamb chops, Argentine Angus tagliata, picanha and Scottona burger. For true meat lovers there is also dry-aged meat from the grill, with rib steaks and T-bones: just ask our staff.
Alongside the kitchen you'll find pinsas and pizzas made with Senatore Cappelli flour, and a wine list featuring labels from the Marche and the rest of Italy, plus aperitivi and cocktails. Lunch, dinner or an aperitivo on Piazza Arringo.
